Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or engaging Rupankan Archo Interiors for any service.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Rupankan Archo Interiors (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), an interior design, architecture and construction company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. By using this website, requesting a quotation or availing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the website and our services.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the “Client” or “User”) and the Company. Where you sign a separate project agreement or quotation with us, that document applies together with these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide end-to-end residential and commercial design and execution services, including:

  • Interior design – space planning, concept design, 2D/3D layouts, furniture, false ceilings, modular kitchens, wardrobes and finishing.
  • Architecture – planning, drawings and design for residential and commercial buildings.
  • Construction and turnkey execution – project management, materials, labour and site supervision from start to handover.

The exact scope, timeline and cost of each project are set out in the quotation or agreement signed with the Client.

3. Client Obligations

  • Accurate information: provide correct site details, measurements, ownership and approval documents, and requirements.
  • Site access: keep the site clear and accessible, and hand it over before work begins.
  • Timely decisions: give approvals on designs, materials and drawings within a reasonable time. Delays in approvals or payments may extend the project timeline.
  • Changes and extra work: any change or additional work must be approved in writing and is charged at the agreed or actual cost.
  • Lawful use: do not misuse this website, copy its content, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

  • Payment schedule: payments are made in stages as agreed in the signed quotation or agreement (for example, on booking, on start of work and on completion or milestones).
  • Taxes: applicable taxes, including GST, are charged extra unless the quotation says otherwise.
  • Quotation validity: a quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Rates may change after that period or with market variation of materials.
  • Design fee: the design fee is non-refundable once the design concept has been approved.
  • Refunds: any other refund is handled according to the signed agreement and only for work not yet carried out or materials not yet procured.

⚠ Site visit charges are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, and all designs, drawings, 3D renders, images, logos and trademarks of Rupankan Archo Interiors, belong to the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use them without our written permission. Designs and drawings prepared for a project may be used by the Client only for that project, after the agreed fees are paid.

We may photograph or film completed projects for our portfolio and marketing. We will not publish a Client’s personal contact details.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take responsibility for the quality of the work and materials we supply and execute under the signed agreement. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, by the Client’s late approvals or payments, by changes requested after approval, by materials or work supplied by others, or by information the Client provided that was incorrect. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific work in question.

The information on this website is provided for general guidance. Images, sample rates and estimates shown on the website are indicative and are not a binding offer until confirmed in a signed quotation.

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any dispute in good faith through discussion first. If it cannot be resolved, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
